Technology enabled solutions for delivering health care have some key elements which need to be addressed while developing such interventions. There have been earlier research highlighting some of those including limitations. SMART Mental Health Programme was developed as a technology enabled mental health services delivery platform in West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh. The results from the pilot project will be used as a case study to discuss how technology was used to enhance mental health services delivery, and future scale up plans.
